We specialize in supply, installation and maintenance of pumps and pump sets for a range of building services applications: water supply; heating and ventilation; sewage and wastewater; and pressure boosting etc. Products include glandless in–line pumps and close–coupled pumps, as well as variable speed pump controllers.

We are here to provide all our costumers with our best services and on time emergency rescue, our team is highly qualified and trained for all types of services and makes, including: new installation, renovations, maintenance, design, testing, and yearly maintenance contracts.

Pump repair must be carried out correctly using compatible component parts which suit the operating conditions. The hydraulic conditions experienced by the pump must also be reviewed to ensure that the pump is operating at it's peak efficiency and performance. We often work with the site operations team to enhance system performance and in many cases have improved system efficiency to the extent that the savings from this alone have paid for the overhauls in a short timescale.

Pumps are in general classified as Centrifugal Pumps or Positive Displacement Pumps.

A) The Centrifugal Pump

- produce a head and a flow by increasing the velocity of the liquid through the machine with the help of a rotating vane impeller.

B) The Positive Displacement Pump

-operates by alternating of filling a cavity and then displacing a given volume of liquid. The positive displacement pump delivers a constant volume of liquid against varying discharge pressure or head.

The two most common failures of the pumps operation are:

  1. Lack of normal maintenance: No oil changes, running with water in the oil, valve seat o-ring damaged (resulting in loss of pressure and pulsation's), running with leaking or worn packings and or broken plungers. All of which can destroy the pump.

  2. Poor inlet conditions leading to cavitation, dry running, poor filtration or the wrong filtration used. All of which lead to premature packing, valve and plunger damage.

In general, maintenance of the pumps involves checking the pumps regularly for excessive vibration or noise, providing grease and lubrication regularly and checking the pumps bearings and packing glands

For the purpose of efficient operation and energy saving, we can apply computer interfaces and remote communication technologies by means of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and the Smart 1 system respectively to achieve efficient pumping management. Standard and custom control systems are available for most pumping applications. Each system can be custom tailored to meet the customer's exact needs including options for enclosures, communication, alarms, inputs , outputs, sequencing, etc. The systems can utilize standard relay logic or more advanced microprocessor technology. Inputs include standard floats, pressure transducer, ultrasonic, air or any other analog or digital input to meet the requirement of the design.
